I have instituted the following policies to address the rise in refund-related challenges witnessed across service industries, especially following the pandemic.

Payment Deadlines:

In the present uncertain climate, I can not emphasize enough that all purchases made are final. By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to our Terms and Conditions, which are prominently displayed throughout this website. For our rapperances adhering to payment deadlines is imperative, aligning with standard business practices. Any potential clients displaying impatience or rudeness in their interactions with me or/and my staff may be denied apperrance, services, goods..
COVID Responsibility:

No entity can be held responsible for contracting Covid-19, whether it be me, you, or any other party. In case of Covid-19 occurrences, I must collectively navigate and adapt to the situation. You are personally responsible for adhering to the rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by state, local governments, and national protocols.

No Refund Policy for Services:

All information regarding my services, whether delivered verbally, in writing, virtually, or through a workshop, consultation, booking payment agreements, strictly enforces a no-refund policy. Sales for classes, workshops, and events are considered final, and no refunds will be issued for any services. Your agreement and signature constitute your acceptance of these terms.

My intangible services are offered with the utmost integrity and possess immense transformative value, over the decades of positive impact on people's lives. Any decision to change your mind, driven by life events or personal transformations, does not warrant a refund. Providing refunds for such cases would compromise my business model, my ability to offer personalized care, and my commitment to delivering exceptional services. My service is considered a luxury service, an emotionally based service and I have noticed people change their minds regarding these types of commitments and purchases. If I honored every time someone changed their mind, I most likly not be in business and not be able to offer you the excellent service that I provide!

Change Requests and Donations:

In the event that you no longer wish to utilize a purchased service, you may request a transfer to another available service or consider it a donation, either to someone referred by you or from my roster of interested individuals.

Terms & Conditions Acceptance:

By booking and attending any Anastasia, Mystic of New Orleans' classes, events, you acknowledge having read and accepted the Terms & Conditions, including the contained disclaimers. You agree to be bound by the terms outlined therein.

Right to Refuse Service:

As stipulated in these Terms & Conditions, I reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who I or my staff believe are incompatible with this collaborative work, whether as teacher and student or travel companions.

Mental Health and Safety:

I am a small one woman run business that operates with the utmost integrity. Due to past experiences, I do not accept clients actively experiencing serious mental instability, substance abuse issues, or the use of psychotropic pharmaceuticals. Such individuals pose a risk to my tribe, given the nature of my deep healing work, and the fact that tribe members are always present during healing journeys. I urge those dealing with severe childhood abuse to seek assistance from licensed therapists, as I have faced risks when clients experience past recall. Please understand that I prioritize the protection of my business and my tribe. While my clients generally enjoy wonderful experiences, it is crucial to note that individuals with significant instability may not be suitable for my services.

All information on this site, and/or gained from any kind of session/service is for educational and soul evolution for your enlightenment, whereas it can be perceived as entertainment purposes only, if this is what you want to believe since it is your free will and choice. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Due to the substantial demand for and frequency of my consultations, workshops and appearances, goods/services, it is essential that you comprehend my cancellation and refund policy:

1. No Cancellations or Refunds: Once you have booked a consultation/service/goods/appearence there are no cancellations or refunds available. I no longer offer refunds for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances or schedule conflicts. You are STILL responsible for the total amount of funds for said Consultations/Services/Goods/Appearences.

   If you are more that 10 minutes late you forfit the Consultation/Service/Goods/Apperance.

   If you arrive within the grace time, whatever amount of time it is will be deducted from the actual time of whatever Consultation/Service/Goods/Appearence.

2. Transfer of Payment:

   In lieu of refunds, you may request to transfer your payment to another service offered by me, Anastasia, Mystic of New Orleans IF cancelled 72 hrs before originial consultation, service , workshop or appearance. This transfer is subject to availability and agreement by all parties involved and solely at Anastasia, Mystic of New Orleans discretion.

3. Advance Planning:

   Please be aware that extensive planning, arrangements, and bookings are made several months to a year in advance with my consultations, services, workshops and appearances.

4. Unique Experience:

   It is imperative to understand that participating within a consultation, service, workshop, or appearance with Anastasia, Mystic of New Orleans is a unique and transformative experience.

5. Your decision to book any consultation, service, workshop, appearance confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

You are entitled to cancel your Service/Booking within 72hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling a Service is 72 hours before the time the Consultation, Service, workshop, appearance are to be held. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement in writing. Again, it is still at my descression with whether or not I will reimburse you. IF I do, it will be no later than 30 days from the day which your request is received and knowledge by both of us. The same means of payment as you used for the Services wll be used whereas you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
No Refund Policy for Digital Products:

Let it be clealy known the policy pertaining to Digital Products stipulates that once downloaded or accessed, there are non-returnable, and refunds will not be issued. Period. Don't ask.

United States Refund Laws:

In the United States, federal refund laws do not exist. The majority of states do not legally require refunds but instead allow businesses to set their own refund policies.

I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am not able or unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the Services/goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Mental Health and Safety:

My commitment to ensuring mental health and safety is of paramount importance:

1. To maintain a safe and effective healing space, I do not accept clients who:
   ✅ Are actively experiencing serious mental instability
   ✅ Are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or psychotropic pharmaceuticals
   ✅ Have severe, untreated trauma related to childhood sexual abuse and are currently in crisis

2. These situations pose risks to my Tribe and healing environment, as my work involves deep energetic shifts and Tribe members are always present during healing journeys. If you are in crisis, I strongly encourage you to seek professional medical or psychiatric support before engaging in any of my services.

3. Consult Mental Health Professionals: I strongly advise individuals dealing with severe childhood abuse or requiring mental health services to consult licensed mental health professionals. My services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

4. Safety Measures: My commitment to maintaining a safe environment has led me to turn away clients who do not meet my criteria. I have encountered threatening situations when trying to assist individuals who do not align with mysafety standards.

Policy Amendments:

These policies may be amended periodically. Changes will be posted on this website and displayed prominently during the checkout process. In the event of a chargeback, your bank and the payment processor will be informed of your agreement to thse policies. I encourage you to review these policies periodically, as visiting this website implies your acceptance of any revisions.

Arbitration Clause:

All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration. The arbitrator shall be selected in accordance with the rules of Arts Arbitration and Mediation Services, a program of Louisiana Lawyers for the Arts. If such services are not available, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it by any court having jurisdiction thereof.

As of January 2024, you hereby voluntarily and irrevocably waive your right to pursue arbitration in connection with any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related toAnastasia, Mystic of New Orleansor any parties associated with my organization.

By entering into this agreement, the participant expressly waives and relinquishes any and all rights to initiate or maintain a lawsuit, claim, or legal proceeding of any kind against Anastasia, Mystic of New Orleans in any court of law or equity for any reason, including however not limited to any claims arising out of or related to this agreement or the participant’s participation in any consultations, services/goods, appearances, whether such claims are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated. This waiver is made knowingly, intentionally, and without duress.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your participation and respect for these guidelines assist me in creating a positive and inclusive environment for all.

I ensure that these policies are communicated in both written and verbal forms, and your agreement to the terms and conditions signifies your understanding of them. Furthermore, the Policy hereby establishes and confirms that any electronic acceptance, and signature or agreement by the recipient shall be legally binding and possess the same legal force, effect, and significance as a physical signature executed on paper documentation, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
